CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSUMERS
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample cancellation form printed below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Follow of cancellation
If you make use of the right of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which You inform us about the revocation of this contract, to us

to be returned or handed over.
